Pricing — three tracks, three ways of billing
Video is billed per shoot day plus travel. Static work runs remotely on a monthly retainer. Brand is a fixed-scope project, paid in three instalments.
Track 01 — Video

Travel: within 50 km of our Tarnów base, included. 50–150 km (Kraków, Rzeszów, Kielce among others) + PLN 300 net. Over 150 km and abroad — quoted before signing, and with two shoot days accommodation is added. AI-generated material carries no travel cost at all.
Track 02 — Statics and the grid

Paid in instalments of 30 / 40 / 30. Full copyright in the mark transfers to the client.
Rules that always apply
- All prices are net, invoiced with VAT.
- A quote before signing — not a "from" figure, an actual number for an agreed scope.
- Fixed-term contract, one month's notice on retainers.
- On an ongoing statics + video engagement, the shoot day is 15% cheaper.
- The first call and an initial quote cost nothing.
Frequently asked questions
Are the prices gross or net?
Every price is net. VAT is added on top and we issue an invoice.
Can I get an individual quote?
Yes. The packages cover the typical situations; for an unusual scope we quote after a 30-minute call and give you a specific figure, not a range.
What are the notice terms on a retainer?
Two months is the minimum, after which one month's notice applies.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes, we work with companies abroad — Australia among them. Billing in EUR or USD is agreed before signing.
