Frequently asked questions
Prices, timelines, travel costs, copyright and scope — every answer in one place.
What does Pole do?
Pole is a creative studio based in Tarnow, Poland. We make AI-generated video, on-site video production, UGC campaigns with an AI persona, marketing and social media, branding and websites.
Where is Pole based?
The studio is based in Tarnow, in the Malopolska region of southern Poland. We shoot across Poland and run remote projects — AI video, social media, branding and websites — for clients abroad.
How much does working with Pole cost?
The entry point is PLN 2,400 net for a one-off social profile reset. A shooting day costs PLN 4,200 net, social media retainers start at PLN 2,900 net per month and branding at PLN 3,900 net. All prices are net of VAT.
How fast is a project delivered?
AI-generated video typically takes one business day from script approval. Material from a shooting day is delivered within 14 days.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. Several clients are Australian companies. Projects run remotely and in English.
Who owns the rights to the material?
You do. We hand over source files and transfer copyright — for branding projects as part of the third payment instalment.
Can I take just one service?
Yes. All six work on their own. Most clients start with AI video or with grid management, then add branding later.
What is the cheapest way to start working together?
PLN 2,400 net — the one-off profile aesthetic setup in the Consistency package. On-site video starts at PLN 4,200 net, branding at PLN 3,900 net.
How quickly will I get the first material?
For AI-generated video, one day is the typical turnaround. For a shoot day, the finished film is with you within 14 days of filming.
Can people tell the film was made with AI?
With educational and product material, effectively no — the visuals read as illustration, not as a camera pretending to be there. With scenes involving people we are straight about it: you can tell, and we treat that as a style rather than a trick. We never pass an AI character off as a real customer.
Who owns the finished material?
You do. We hand over the source files and transfer commercial usage rights, paid campaigns included.
Which languages do you record voiceover in?
Polish and English as standard. Other languages are quoted case by case — technically it is no problem, it is about having a native speaker check the pronunciation.
How long does one film take?
One working day is the typical turnaround once the script is approved. Series of a dozen or more pieces are delivered in batches across a week.
Can I use these films in Meta and Google ads?
Yes. You get the formats both platforms require, with and without subtitles, plus versions with different hooks for A/B testing.
Is travel to Kraków or Rzeszów charged extra?
Yes, that is Zone II — PLN 300 net, whatever the crew size. Within 50 km of Tarnów (Brzesko, Dębica, Bochnia, Nowy Sącz) travel is included in the package.
How many of you come to the shoot?
Usually two. We do not need a closed set or the company to stop working.
Do I need to have a script ready?
No. We write the script and the shot list, and you get both for sign-off a week before filming.
What if I do not like the result?
The Shoot day package includes one round of revisions, the other two include two. Revisions cover the edit, pacing, subtitles and colour — not reshoots.
Do we have to label material made with an AI persona?
Yes, wherever platform rules require it — Meta and TikTok both have their own labels for generated content. We set them up with you at publication.
Can the persona speak English?
Yes. The same character can run a campaign in several languages — that is one of the reasons clients pick a persona over a creator.
What happens if we change how the brand is positioned?
We redesign the persona: look, tone, setting. You do not have to end a contract or go looking for a new face.
Is the persona exclusively mine?
Yes. The persona is designed for one brand and we do not reuse it with other clients.
Is the ad budget part of the retainer?
No. The retainer covers the work: creative, copy, setting up and running the campaigns. You pay the media budget directly to Meta and Google, so you can see every złoty of it.
Why a two-month minimum?
The first month is system setup — the aesthetic, the plan, the ad accounts. Only the second month produces data you can judge anything on.
Do you run the profiles on my behalf, including replying to comments?
Publishing and basic moderation, yes. Sales conversations in the inbox stay with you — detailed answers come out better from you.
Which platforms do you work on?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. Campaigns run in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Do you transfer the copyright in the logo?
Yes, in full, as part of the third instalment. No time-limited licences and no extra fees for new fields of use.
How many logo directions do I get to choose from?
Two in the Mark package, with two rounds of revisions. In Brand we work more broadly and there are three rounds.
Do you do naming on its own?
Naming is part of the Brand package. As a standalone service we quote it case by case — it usually only makes sense alongside the mark.
What if we already have a logo and only want the system?
That is the most common case. We review the existing mark, tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping, and build the identity around it.
What do you build sites on?
We match the technology to the project — from light static sites to a CMS. The test is that you can edit the content yourself and that the site loads fast.
Will the site show up in Google straight away?
Indexing a new site usually takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. We submit the sitemap in Search Console at launch and watch for the first indexing errors.
Can I stay with my current hosting?
Yes. If your hosting and domain work, we deploy there. If not, we set everything up from scratch.
What happens after the three months of support?
You can run the site yourself — that is what the training and the CMS are for. If you would rather not, we move to hourly billing or add the site to a marketing retainer.
Are the prices gross or net?
Every price is net. VAT is added on top and we issue an invoice.
Can I get an individual quote?
Yes. The packages cover the typical situations; for an unusual scope we quote after a 30-minute call and give you a specific figure, not a range.
What are the notice terms on a retainer?
Two months is the minimum, after which one month's notice applies.
Do you show campaign numbers?
On request and with the client's consent — some sales data is confidential. On a call we show concrete examples of how cost per lead changed.
Do you work with companies outside Poland?
Yes. BTMH and exacc are clients in Australia; we run those projects remotely, in English.
How many people work at Pole?
We are a small studio. Two of us go out on a shoot, and one person runs your project from the first call to delivery.
How long have you been going?
Six years in business and more than 120 productions delivered.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Some of our clients are Australian companies; we run projects and write copy in English.
Where are you based?
Tarnów, in southern Poland. Shoots run across the country, and remote projects have no geographic limit.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one business day, by email and on WhatsApp.
Is the quote paid for?
No. The first call and an initial quote are free and carry no obligation.
Can I book a call slot straight away?
Yes, in the calendar on the home page — 30 minutes in a window you pick.
Can we work in English?
Yes. Projects, scripts and copy are all written in English when that is what you need.
Where is the studio based?
Tarnów, in the Małopolska region of southern Poland. We shoot across the country and run remote projects for clients in Poland and abroad.
What does it cost to start?
PLN 2,400 net for the one-off aesthetic setup, PLN 3,900 net for a logo and identity basics, PLN 4,200 net for a shoot day on site. Every price is net and you get a specific figure before we start.
How long does it take?
One working day is the typical turnaround for AI-generated video once the script is approved. Filmed material is delivered within 14 days of the shoot, and a full brand project takes 6 to 8 weeks.
